Our Therastep Gel Toe Spreaders spread toes more than our toe separators, to not only reduce friction and irritation between toes, but to promote proper joint alignment. Gel speaders are softer than other plastics and comfortably fit between toes to absorb pressure while releasing a medical-grade mineral oil to lubricate and soften the the skin. The silicone gel will not flatten or lose its shape like foam and other low cost/low performance products.

Note: Wearing toe spreaders may require a shoe with a roomy toe box.
